The 2019 Mazda6 has just been named a Top Safety Pick

The new Mazda6 received a significant award this month as the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, the American organization responsible for assessing the safety of new vehicles going on sale in North America, just rated the new Mazda mid-size sedan a Top Safety Pick.


After extensive testing including the dreaded small overlap test, the Mazda6 was named a Top Safety Pick thanks in part to its impressive i-Activesense active safety system. The system includes features such as Advanced Smart City Brake Support with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning with Lane-Keep Assist, Smart Brake Support and Mazda Radar Cruise Control with stop and go function, and is designed to keep you safe everyday.
